Cancelling does not give you a refund – except where our Terms and Conditions or the law provide for one.

ULTIMATE: cancelling ends your lifetime access for good. You lose access to all videos and to every download in My Downloads. ULTIMATE can only be bought once – it cannot be restored.

1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month memberships end on their regular end date, which you have already paid for – your access continues until then.
