1. Who we are and what these terms cover

By accessing this website, or by purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and our 18 U.S.C. 2257 compliance statement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and you must reside in a place where sexually explicit material is lawful. You agree to keep this material away from minors and to use it for your personal, private purposes only.

3. Your account

You need an account to hold a membership. You do not need to give us your real name.

Your login details are personal to you. Do not share them, and do not publish them anywhere. If an account is used by more than one person, or its credentials are made available to others, we may suspend or close it without a refund.

4. Memberships, prices and VAT

We offer 1-month, 3-month and 6-month memberships. Prices are shown in euros on the membership page and are final prices: for customers resident in the EU they include 19% German VAT; customers resident outside the EU are not charged German VAT.

Promotional prices are always limited in time, and the promotional period is stated with the offer.

An invoice in PDF form is attached to the order confirmation email once your payment has been received.

5. Memberships do not renew

Every membership we sell is a one-off purchase for a fixed period. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no recurring billing. Your access simply ends when the period you paid for expires. There is nothing to cancel, and you will never be charged again unless you place a new order yourself.

6. Payment and activation

We currently accept:

  • SEPA bank transfer. After ordering you receive our bank details and a payment reference in the form HM-<order number>. Please quote it — it is how we match your payment to your order. Instant SEPA transfers are usually unlocked within minutes; a normal SEPA transfer can take up to 3 business days.
  • Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (TRC-20), Litecoin and USDC (Solana). Access is granted once the full amount has arrived. If you underpay by a small margin we will still activate your membership; if the shortfall is larger, we will tell you and you can top it up.

Card and PayPal payments are not available at this time.

If we have not received payment for an order, we send one reminder after 7 days and cancel the order automatically after 21 days. A cancelled order costs you nothing.

7. Right of withdrawal

Your membership is digital content supplied immediately. Before you place the order you must confirm that you want us to begin performance at once and that you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once we do (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code). We record that confirmation with a timestamp.

Once your access has been unlocked, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. Until then, you may withdraw from the order at any time by writing to [email protected].

8. Refunds

Beyond the statutory position in section 7, we look at refund requests individually and as a matter of goodwill. Write to [email protected] within 60 days of the charge and tell us what went wrong.

We will not refund an account that has shared or published its credentials, or that has redistributed our material.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank can. We investigate every chargeback. Where a chargeback is raised without grounds, we may suspend the account and decline future orders.

10. Our content

Your membership gives you personal access to our videos and photo galleries for the duration of your membership. It does not transfer any rights in the material. Downloading for your own private use is fine; copying, sharing, re-uploading, selling or otherwise distributing our material is not, and is a copyright infringement we will pursue.

We add new material regularly. We do not guarantee that any particular title will remain available.

11. Reporting content

If you believe material on this site is illegal, abusive, or shows anyone who did not consent to its publication, write to [email protected]. We investigate every report, and we remove material where the report is justified. Our 18 U.S.C. 2257 compliance statement explains our record-keeping.

12. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available but cannot promise uninterrupted service; maintenance, faults and outages at our providers happen.

We are liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health, and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable only where we breach an obligation essential to the purpose of this contract, and then only up to the damage typically foreseeable in a contract of this kind. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects a membership you already hold, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order, and it is dated at the top of this page.

14. Governing law and disputes

German law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
