Subscription and Fees
A subscription fee is required to access the service, payable through the specified methods on the sign-up page. Recurring memberships will automatically renew and be rebilled until cancelled through SEGPAY Support Page. You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time. Non-recurring memberships will not automatically renew upon expiry.
Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable once login details have been used. Due to the nature of digital media (such as videos), which can be streamed or downloaded immediately after purchase, there is no trial or grace period, and all sales are final. Refunds are not available for partial use of services or inability to access the service not caused by the
company. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued for charges made within the last 60 days. Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to the original payment method; no cash or paper check refunds will be issued. For refund requests on credit card payments, contact SEGPAY at their specified URL or our support team.
Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions
In the event of a chargeback, the transaction will be thoroughly investigated. False chargebacks may result in being blacklisted, affecting future membership opportunities. Contact our support team for further inquiries.
Recurring Subscriptions
Please note that recurring subscriptions can only be cancelled after their first renewal.
Complaint Policy / Content Removal
If you have a complaint regarding the conduct of a user or content that may be illegal, abusive, non-consensual, or otherwise in violation of this agreement, please report it to our support team with the necessary details. Content removal requests for images or videos that are abusive, non-consensual, illegal, or revealing personally identifiable information can be made to our support team.
Copyright Notice
Membership grants access to our full collection of movies and photos. Our videos are available for download without DRM restrictions and are intended for personal use only. Sharing or distributing these materials is illegal. Your heteromania.com user ID, password, and PIN are not transferable. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any material from this site is a violation of copyright laws. All materials are copyrighted and intellectual property rights are held by heteromania.com. You agree not to copy, modify, or
distribute any materials from the site.
