Does my membership renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment — no subscription, no automatic renewal, and you will never be charged again unless you place a new order yourself. 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month plans simply end when the period is over; ULTIMATE has no end date.
What does ULTIMATE lifetime access mean?
One payment for streaming and downloading every video, including all future ones, for as long as we run this site. No end date, nothing to renew. If we ever close the site, we tell you at least 3 months in advance and refund part of the price — see our Terms, section 16.
How do I cancel?
Any time via Cancel contracts here at the bottom of every page — no login needed. A 1-, 3-, 6- or 12-month plan then simply runs until its paid end date; ULTIMATE ends on the date you choose. Cancelling does not trigger a refund (Terms, sections 7, 8 and 17).
How fast is my access unlocked?
Crypto and instant SEPA transfers: usually within minutes. A normal SEPA transfer can take up to 3 business days. Your account is unlocked as soon as the payment has arrived.
What will appear on my bank statement?
Only the recipient’s name and the payment reference (HM + your order number). The name of this website does not appear.
What if I change my mind?
Until your access is unlocked you can withdraw at any time — just write to [email protected]. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 21 days and cost you nothing.
